Order in Council 58/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Bram Abramson was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 17, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 227/2022;

And

whereas Bram Abramson tendered his resignation effective November 24, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 227/2022 be revoked effective November 24, 2022.
