Chapter 217 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Income Tax Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting manufacturing and processing investment tax credit in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after December 14, 2000.
