CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments Act (Assented to June 15, 1988) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments Amendment Act, 1988. R.S.S. 1978, s.R-3,

section amended Subsection 3(1) of The Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments Act is amended by striking out “superior, county or district”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
