On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 23(1) of the Law Society Act , Benson Lau of Toronto be appointed as part-time lay bencher of the Law Society of Ontario for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending immediately before the first regular Convocation following the first election of benchers under subsection 15(1) of the Law Society Act that takes place after the effective date of the appointment.
