OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 4, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a joint procurement agreement with the Province of Prince Edward Island and McKesson Canada respecting a multi-provincial telecare service as set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or a form of agreement to like form and effect, effective on or after October 30, 2014.
