CERTIFIED MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTS AMENDMENT REGULATION

Accountants on October 13, 2005 and approved by the Lieutenant Governor in

Council (O.C. 486/2007) on November 7, 2007 pursuant to

section 14 of the

Regulated Accounting Profession Act.

1 The Certified Management Accountants Regulation

(AR 177/2001) is amended by this Regulation.

2 The following is added after

section 1(1)(e):

(e.1) "code of ethics" means the ethical and professional standards

of conduct adopted by the Board under

section 18(1)(

a) of

the Act;

Section 5(2) is amended by striking out "and" at the end

of clause (a), adding "and" at the end of clause (

b) and

adding the following after clause (b):

(

c) an annual declaration in the form specified by the registrar

that the student has complied with the code of ethics.

Section 13 is amended by striking out "and" at the end of

clause (b), adding "and" at the end of clause (

c) and adding

the following after clause (c):

(

d) an annual declaration in the form specified by the registrar

that the member has complied with the code of ethics.

Section 27 is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) by renumbering clause (

a) as

clause (a.1) and adding the following before clause

(a.1):

(

a) members in good standing;

(

b) in subsection (2) by renumbering clause (

a) as

clause (a.1) and adding the following before clause

(a.1):

(

a) public accounting firms in good standing;

(

c) in subsection (3) by renumbering clause (

a) as

clause (a.1) and adding the following before clause

(a.1):

(

a) professional service providers in good standing;

SUGAR BEET MARKETING PLAN AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The Sugar Beet Marketing Plan Regulation (AR 275/97) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 45 is amended by striking out "November 30, 2007"

and substituting "November 30, 2008".

JUDGMENT INTEREST AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The Judgment Interest Regulation (AR 364/84) is

amended by this Regulation.

2 The following is added after

section 23:

24 The interest rate from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008 is

prescribed at 4.25% per year.
