Order in Council 907/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Director of the Family Responsibility Office was appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council‎ pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 817/2016 dated June 1, 2016;

And

whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council is of the opinion that the holder of the office is no longer able to perform the duties of Director;‎

‎ Therefore, pursuant to

section 2 of the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Act‎, 1996 ‎, S.O. 1996,

Chapter 31,

Trevor Sparrow

And furthermore that Order in Council 817/2016 is hereby revoked.
