OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated June 14, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Canada Revenue Agency and the Government of Prince Edward Island respecting the new federal tobacco stamping regime, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to the addition of appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Memorandum of Understanding.
