Order in Council 1071/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1812/2021, dated December 16, 2021, Erin Hannah was appointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of the appointment;

And

whereas Erin Hannah has, in writing, effective June 6, 2023, resigned her appointment as a part-time member of the Council;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1812/2021, dated December 16, 2021, appointing Erin Hannah as a part time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
