On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Firefighters’ Occupational

Disease Regulation, B.C. Reg. 125/2009, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 2 of the Firefighters’ Occupational Disease Regulation, B.C. Reg. 125/2009,

is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

(

m) primary site ovarian cancer;

(

n) primary site cervical cancer;

(

o) primary site penile cancer.

2 The table in

section 3 is amended

(

a) in column 2 of item 5 by striking out " 20 years " and substituting " 10 years ",

(

b) in column 2 of item 8 by striking out " 20 years " and substituting " 10 years ",

(

c) in column 2 of item 10 by striking out " 25 years " and substituting " 20 years ", and

(

d) by adding the following items as indicated:
