pursuant to the COST OF CONSUMER CREDIT DISCLOSURE ACT [Sections 56 and

79]. Order in Council 159/2002, approved and ordered February 21, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant

Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders

that Order in Council 909/2001 is amended by striking out "March 1,

2002," and substituting "September 1, 2002,". — R. COLEMAN, Minister

of Public Safety and Solicitor General; R. NEUFELD, Presiding Member of

the Executive Council.
