Order in Council 1324/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Shing Kan Wilson Lee was reappointed full-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of one year, effective May 2, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 348/2016;

And

whereas Shing Kan Wilson Lee tendered his resignation effective October 31, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 348/2016 be revoked effective October 31, 2016.
