Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Active Transit dated April 26, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of the parcel, identified as Parcel B, containing an area of 2.045 acres (4,046.86 sq. metres), more or less, located at or near Old Tatamagouche Road, New Annan, Colchester County, more particularly described in

Schedule “A” and shown on

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to R. F. Sinclair Enterprises Limited of Valley, Colchester County for the consideration of $2,600.00 plus HST of $390.00 for a total purchase price of $2,990.00; (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Active Transit to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Active Transit to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
