Order in Council 750/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act, 2007, Rob Notman of Ottawa be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective June 15, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
