OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 25, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to approve of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Public Works granting to Aliant Telecom Inc. a guarantee substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after April 8, 2004.
