OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, dated November 8 , 2012, and pursuant to subsection 8(1) of
Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of David Darrow as Chair of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2005-565 dated December 15, 2005; (
b) appoint Paul LaFleche as Chair of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation; and (
c) appoint Elizabeth Cody as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation.
