OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated April 10, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective May 8, 2018, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into an agreement with Justice Canada under the Public Service Act , in the form set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect.
