OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 19, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to
Section 2 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased, effective June 19, 2009, to assign supervision of the administration of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to the Honourable Graham Steele, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation.
