OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated October 30, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Carol Versteeg of R.R.#1 Milford Station, Hants County, as a member and designate her as Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board for a further term of office of three years commencing November 15, 2001 and ending November 14, 2004; (

b) appoint Stephen Healy of Kentville, Kings County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board for a term of office of two years commencing November 15, 2001, and ending November 14, 2003; and (

c) determine the rate of remuneration to be $100.00 per meeting plus expenses for members, in accordance with Provincial Government policy.
