OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated July 23, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2007, the Retail Business Designated Day Closing Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting retail business designated day closing, to clarify the exemption for liquor licensed establishments, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 26, 2009.
