OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 25, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire lands located in Antigonish, Guysborough, Pictou and Halifax Counties, being identified as lots 1 through 9, shaded dark grey on the map marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from C&G Williams Bulldozing Limited and Mountain View Resources Limited, their trustees, approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $600,000, plus appraisal, survey and legal costs, subject to the condition that C&G Williams Bulldozing Limited and Mountain View Resources Limited, their trustees, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
