OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated August 15, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Heather J. Davidson, made pursuant to Order in Council 1999-39 dated February 3, 1999; and (
b) appoint Heather Jo Lightfoot of Kentville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, while employed with the Municipality of the County of Kings.
