Order in Council 1913/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Frederick Chenoweth of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of five years, effective January 28, 2020.
