Order in Council 593/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1173/2013, dated August 14, 2013, Dr. Robert Alexander Smith was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. Robert Alexander Smith has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective January 19, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1173/2013, dated August 14, 2013, appointing Dr. Robert Alexander Smith as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
