OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated October 25, 2007, and upon notice of a fee increase having been presented to the Clerk of the Assembly in accordance with

Section 4 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2007, the Fees Act, and pursuant to subsection 302(1) of

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to amend the

schedule of fees for documents and services, N.S. Reg. 128/2007, determined by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2007-160 dated March 26, 2007, to include a fee for an unladen weight permit and to clarify certain terms, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after November 21, 2007.
