OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated October 10, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , and pursuant to a resignation tendered, hereby revokes the appointment of Wendy Connors-Beckett of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, made by Order in Council 2017-33 dated February 15, 2017, effective November 12, 2019.
