An Act to Amend

Chapter 393 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Regulations Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that subsections (6) and (7) of

Section 3 and Sections 11 and 13 of

Chapter 393 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Regulations Act, and

Chapter 46 of the Acts of 2004,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 393 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Regulations Act, come into force on and not before March 4, 2005.
