OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act dated June 21, 1999, pursuant to
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, and to Sections 6 and 7 of
Chapter 147 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act, is pleased to appoint Paul F. Taylor, Director, Transportation and Utilization, Nova Scotia Petroleum Directorate, to be a member of the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board, effective July 8, 1999.
