An Act to Authorize the Conveyance of Certain Lands in The City of Saint John to Bell Aliant Communications WHEREAS The City of Saint John and the Saint John Horticultural Association pray that it be enacted as here- inafter set forth; THEREFORE, Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Bruns- wick, enacts as follows: 1 Notwithstanding anything contained in the Acts of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick concerning the lands previously vested in the Saint John Horticultural Association and conveyed to The City of Saint John by the said Horticultural Association in a Deed dated March 20, 1967 and registered in the Saint John County Registry Of- fice on April 14, 1967 in Book at Page as No. 210666, The City of Saint John and the Saint John Horti- cultural Association are hereby authorized and empow- ered to convey to Bell Aliant Communications the free- hold title in Lot 86-1 on the Subdivision Plan filed in the Saint John County Registry Office as No. 2079, free and clear from all liens, bonds, debentures or other charges, of every nature and kind whatsoever, and all terms, condi- tions, covenants and restrictions, of every nature and kind whatsoever affecting said Lot 86-1, together with a Right of Way on foot and with vehicles, machinery and equip- ment over the Right of Way shown on the said Subdivi- sion Plan for the purpose of ingress, egress and regress be- tween the said Lot 86-1 and the Sandy Point Road.

PROJECT DE LOI Loi autorisant le transfert de terrains de la cité appelée The City of Saint John à Bell Aliant Communications ATTENDU que la cité appelée The City of Saint John et la Saint John Horticultural Association demandent l’adoption des dispositions qui suivent; À CES CAUSES, Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le con- sentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau- Brunswick, édicte : 1 Nonobstant toute disposition des lois de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick relative à des terrains que la Saint John Horticultural Association a transférés à la cité appelée The City of Saint John au moyen d’un acte de transfert daté du mars et enregistré au bureau d’enregistrement du comté de Saint John le avril 1967 à la page du livre 564 (n o 210666), la cité et la Saint John Horticultural Association sont habilitées à transférer à Bell Aliant Communications le

titre franc relatif au lot 86-1 du plan de lotissement n o déposé au bureau d’enregistrement du comté de Saint John, libre de tous pri- vilèges, bons, débentures et autres charges et des condi- tions, engagements et restrictions quels qu’ils soient tou- chant ledit lot 86-1, assorti d’un droit de passage permettant accès, sortie et rentrée entre ledit lot 86-1 et le chemin Sandy Point, à pied ou avec véhicules, machines et équipements, sur l’emprise indiquée dans le plan de lo- tissement.
