Statute: Public Service Act Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 2 of

Chapter 3 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act, is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (

a) revoke the assignment of the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act to the Honourable Carolyn Bolivar-Getson, which assignment was made by Order in Council 2003-380 dated August 18, 2003; and (

b) charge the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act to the Honourable Judy Streatch, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act.
