OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated September 29, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act, is pleased to amend the Renewable Energy Standard Regulations, N.S. Reg. 35/2007, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2007-42 dated January 22, 2007, to change the year of commencement of the renewable low impact electricity standard from 2010 to 2011, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after October 6, 2009.
