OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments: To be reappointed as a Commissioner pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Deborah Morgan-Downey of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term commencing January 1, 2001 and ending December 31, 2006; To be appointed as Commissioners pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Phillip Hayes of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia; Rev. Frank Kohler of Mineville, Halifax County, while minister with the Lake Echo Fellowship Baptist Church; Geri A.

MacDonald of Guysborough, Guysborough County, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia; and Theresa Joanne Walsworth of Enfield, Hants County, for a term to expire January 31, 2006.
