OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated December 5, 2001, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of D. Blaine MacQuarrie, made pursuant to Order in Council 95-44 dated January 17, 1995; and (
b) appoint D. Blaine MacQuarrie of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
