Statute: Heritage Property Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 11, 2011, and pursuant to clause 3(

f) of

Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act, is pleased, effective January 11, 2011, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 99-409, dated August 19, 1999, charging the Member of the Executive Council holding the office of Minister of Tourism and Culture with the administration of the Heritage Property Act; and (

b) charge the Member of the Executive Council holding the office of Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage with the administration of the Heritage Property Act.
