PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council -No. 237 , Approved and Ordered Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Effective April 1, 2001, all that portion of Zero Avenue, 175B Street and Zero A Avenue, within the City of Surrey, as delinenated in green on the attached map, and more particularily described as: ■ Zero Avenue from 175A Street thence east to the intersection with Street ■ 175B Street from Zero Avenue thence north to the intersection with Zero A Avenue and ■ Zero A Avenue from Street to the intersection with Street, for a total distance of 0.3 kilometers more or less is classified as arterial highway and designated as controlled access highway.
