With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name September 12, 2014, as the day on which
section 3 of The Highway Traffic Amendment Act (Respect for the Safety of Emergency and Enforcement Personnel) (S.M. 2013, c. 4) comes into force.
