OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 1, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of Parcels 11-2 and 11-3 being portions of PID 10007409 and 01248301 respectively, of land situate, lying and being at Lower South River, Antigonish County, Province of Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on the plan marked as
Schedule B, which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of twinning Provincial Highway 104.
