Short title This Act may be cited as The Cut Knife Reference Act, 1978. S.S. 1978, c.11, s.1. 1971, c.10 The Second

Schedule to The Election Act, 1971 , as enacted by

chapter of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 1974-75, is amended by striking out “Cutknife‑Lloydminster” in the thirteenth line of form and substituting “Cut Knife‑Lloydminster”. S.S. 1978, c.11, s.2. 1973-74, c.91 The description of the boundaries of the constituency of Cutknife-Lloydminster in the

schedule to The Representation Act, 1974 is amended: (

a) by striking out the heading “ CUTKNIFE ‑LLOYDMINSTER” immediately preceding that description and substituting “ CUT KNIFE‑LLOYDMINSTER”; and (

b) by striking out “ Cutknife‑Lloydminster” in the first line of that description and substituting “Cut Knife‑Lloydminster”. S.S. 1978, c.11, s.3. References in Acts, etc. 4 A reference to “ Cutknife” in any statute, order or regulation shall be deemed to be a reference to “Cut Knife”. S.S. 1978, c.11, s.4. 1
