An Act to amend The Public Utilities Companies Act. [Assented to May 4, 1979.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Public Utilities Companies Amend- ment Act, 1979. 2.

Section of The Public Utilities Companies Act is amended by striking out "six feet" in the tenth line and in the twelfth line and in each case substituting "two metres". 1
