OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated November 4, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act , is pleased to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2014-34; (

b) appoint Arthur Pick of Rawdon, Hants County, as a member and designate him as Vice-chairman of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission for a term of three (3) years commencing December 22, 2014; and (

c) determine that Arthur Pick is to be remunerated in the amount of $100 per day for his services as member and Vice-chairman of the Commission.
