OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated May 8, 2000, pursuant to Sections 6 and 28 of
Chapter 328 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Optometry Act, is pleased to approve the making by: (
a) the Nova Scotia Association of Optometrists of amendments to the by-laws approved by Order in Council 91-421 dated April 9, 1991, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (
b) the Council of the Nova Scotia Association of Optometrists of by-laws respecting the use of optometric and therapeutic drugs, in the form set forth in
Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
