EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Bill would amend the Services Charges Act to change certain land registration charges in the Registry of Deeds.

2. Commencement

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

SNL1998 cS-13.2

as amended

Section 5 of the Services Charges Act is amended by deleting the figure "$50" wherever it occurs and substituting the figure "$75".

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into force on a day to be proclaimed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.
