Order in Council 1365/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1200/2018 dated October 31, 2018, reappointing Ian Mackenzie as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective September 27, 2021.
