OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration dated June 24, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after July 30, 2024, to approve the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration entering into an agreement with the Government of Alberta respecting the Canadian Adult Education Credential, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
