Order in Council 1579/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the position of Provincial Land and Development Facilitator was established by Order in Council 425/2015, dated April 1, 2015, for a period not exceeding three years from the date of the order;

Therefore pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to establish advisory bodies and provide for the appointment of advisors to assist Her Majesty's Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

The term of the Provincial Land and Development Facilitator is hereby extended for a period not exceeding two years, effective April 1, 2018.
