Order in Council 1101/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 19(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

Claire Malcolmson of Lefroy, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member and designated as Chair of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective as of the date of this Order in Council.

[Ms. Malcolmson’s previous Order in Council 69/2016 is revoked effective as of the date of this Order in Council.]
