OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 8, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) approve the transfer of administration and control of Crown land at Eastern Passage and Sambro, Halifax County, Lower West Pubnico, Yarmouth County and Lockeport, Shelburne County, containing a total area of approximately 1.28 hectares (3.16 acres) and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, for the consideration of $1; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
