OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 6, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Construction Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the lzaak Walton Killam Health Centre in the total amount not to exceed two million five hundred eighty thousand three hundred and thirty four dollars ($2,580,334.00) in order that the lzaak Walton Killam Health Centre can proceed with renovations to the Craigmore building, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to Capital Grants, Department of Health and Wellness, effective March 31, 2014.
