OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry, dated October 24, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Lands and Forestry to: (

a) accept from Dusan Soudek a gift of land at Smiths Settlement, Halifax County, currently identified on Property Online as PIDs 00475145 and 00475152, shown on

Schedule “A” which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
