Order in Council 399/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

Dr. Erin Dunlop of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry

be reappointed as a member of the Lake Simcoe Science Committee, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective February 8, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.

[ Dr. Dunlop’s most recent appointment by Order in Council 211/2018 expires February 7, 2021].
